Phil Redwood
Director – Research

Phil leads the research team and is co-owner of Fusion. He has over 15 years of senior marketing and research experience in the media industry.

Inside story: never raises his voice unless England are losing the rugby.

Karl Turner
Director – Direct Marketing

Karl leads the Direct Marketing team and is co-owner of Fusion. Karl has 20 years' experience of the media, advertising and DM sectors.

Inside story: always raises his voice unless Arsenal are losing.

Craig Bain
Online Manager – Research

Craig manages Fusion’s online research operations. He has 7 years' experience in market research and specialises in online surveys and analysing data.

Inside story: holidays must have an ‘element of risk’, or he gets bored.

Mark Langsbury

Mark develops new business for the Fusion's Direct Marketing department. He has vast experience in both list owning and list broking sides of DM.

Inside story: Don't ask him about thrashing us at karting after his first week with Fusion - we've heard enough!

Head of Data Planning

Sumit helps clientele deliver successful campaigns and comes with vast experience of the data and direct marketing industry.

Alex Tempany
Senior Research Executive

Alex manages the day-to-day aspects of research projects. Her research experience is built from a marketing background in Australia.

Gary Briggs
Marketing Manager – Marketing Services

Gary joined the team from his marketing manager role at Haymarket Media Group. His experience is primarily within the publishing sector working across the Brand Media titles.

Inside story: Gary has seen George Michael in concert... Twice.

Sheena Fletcher
Project Manager – Research

Sheena is responsible for managing the qualitative and quantitative fieldwork teams and comes with more than 10 years' experience in the research industry.

Inside story: oysters are Sheena’s food of choice.

Senior Research Executive

Tracey works across all aspects of the research project. Continuing her studies, Tracey is currently working on completing a Diploma in Market and Social Research from the Market Research Society.

Pamela Gelie
Manager – Research

Pamela oversees the design and delivery of Fusion’s research projects and provides support to the research team. She has 5 years experience of market research built agency side from a consumer background.
