Director – Research

Phil leads the research team and is co-owner of Fusion. He has over 15 years of senior marketing and research experience in the media industry.

Inside story: never raises his voice unless England are losing the rugby.

Karl Turner
Director – Direct Marketing

Karl leads the Direct Marketing team and is co-owner of Fusion. Karl has 20 years' experience of the media, advertising and DM sectors.

Inside story: always raises his voice unless Arsenal are losing.

Craig Bain
Online Manager – Research

Craig manages Fusion’s online research operations. He has 7 years' experience in market research and specialises in online surveys and analysing data.

Inside story: holidays must have an ‘element of risk’, or he gets bored.

Mark Langsbury
Business Development Manager

Mark develops new business for the Fusion's Direct Marketing department. He has vast experience in both list owning and list broking sides of DM.
